Bio Hazard was created to be the perfect human, a physically and mentally advanced child who had the propensity to surpass the greatest contributors to society with his abilities. But, when his health suddenly and rapidly declines the laboratory that raised him begins to run tests to determine the ultimate cause. What they don't expect is to find that instead of becoming a vessel of perfection he's attained the ability to surpass humanity as a whole, exerting control over his body's blood, a fabled ability known as Hemokenisis. And, with this new power, he may just be able to break free from the restraint of the laboratory that's stollen his childhood, his freedom, and his normalcy. 

Extra Info: 
The woman you see in the video is one of the lab members who pretends to care about Hazard by remaining near him and offering comfort and companionship whenever possible. However she was hired to maintain a connection with him in order to force him to cooperate with the lab's wishes and is no more a friend of his than anyone else. However he fails to see that and instead looks to her for help and assurance. 

The snow you see appear just before Hazard goes under is an effect of the drugs used to sedate him. They cause him to have visual hallucinations and painful headaches which often worsen right before he uses his ability.
