So I put some new strings on my acoustic guitar; something that I've been putting off for far too long. Sure enough, it was almost like a whole new instrument. To celebrate the beautiful new sound, I thought I'd take a crack at covering the newest single from one of my favorite bands, Hey Ocean!

I added my own verse to bridge the gap from the intro (which is the first verse in the original song) to the first chorus. Knowing what I said about the new strings and seeing the lyrics of that verse, you can see just how freakin' excited I was about em.
