What we did: By purchasing Dry Ice from the Harris Teeter retail market, we were able to utilize it for entertainment purposes by inserting chunks of dry ice into a cheap wal-mart water bottle. By shaking it up and placing it on the grass, we were able to make the cheap bottle explode. 

Note: The noise from the boom is less when captured in video. Boom is louder in person.
