For some odd reason, these old Tatsunoko themes are really catching my ear. Okay, so to start off, I absolutely DO NOT own Gatchaman , but I am a fan of the theme (again, I say, I seem to be enjoying these old Tatsunoko themes). My creative mind's gears went off shortly after the Yattaman Project, and I thought to myself, "Hey...I think I could do a version of the Gatchaman theme as well." Well, it wasn't long before I just up and did it. It may not be any Animetal (they made a freaking awesome version of that song), but it's my second shot at something like this, and redid parts over and over again to make sure I had something that fit my tastes. =D Now, there's no catch for you this time. It's the song in Japanese. I don't think I'll do an English version, unless there's like some sort of popular demand for it. This video has a couple pictures and video clips from the actual intro, too (a severe lack of excellent pictures kinda forces you to minimize). I highly advise NOT to watch this for the video, but to hear the song. I'm still loving the awesome capabilities that the Vox ToneLabSE can achieve with my Mesa Studio Preamp. I just love the tone I'm getting out of it, and I love the tone that I'm achieving with my Hohner B Bass4. Awesome. Well, without further adieu, enjoy Gatchaman No Uta (Gatchaman Opening Theme). ^_^ Equipment Used: TAMA Rockstar Customized Drum Set (Brass Snare, Die Cast Hoops on All Drums) REMO Clear Pinstripe Drumheads ESP Edwards EX105E Explorer with EMG 60/81 pickups (Neck/Bridge) (Rhythm) ESP LTD Viper 301with EMG 60/81 pickups (Neck/Bridge)(Lead/Solo) VOX Tonelab SE Mesa/Boogie Studio Preamp NOTE: If it doesn't come up in High Quality, be sure to add the "&fmt=18" tag at the end of the URL in the address bar.
