I'm not the greatest at writing descriptions, but I'll do my best anyways MP3 Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/b9sa3xd8mz2ua05/Exodus.mp3 Recently I've been spending my time trying to dab in several different subjects. I've been learning how to appropriately compose orchestral music, I've been writing various electronic genres and I've also been hard at work trying to perfect my Ambient style that you have all grown to recognize my work by. Fortunately despite my recent hardware failures I've been able to recover a lot of my old sound design algorithms and signal processing methods. I wanted to complete and release this song to you all a long time ago, but fate seems to have had other plans. Regardless, I figure you guys deserve a proper explanation as to why I've been so... absent. As it stands I'm between jobs. I'm cleaning up my commissions list before opening back up in September and I'm also a full-time college student. I haven't had a great deal of time to produce material "for myself" as it goes and because of this, I can't help but feel guilty for the lack of new content on my channel. There will be more content in the future and I'll definitely end up getting some more consistency, but I feel like it's best that you guys know where things are going for me. I'm not under any circumstance "abandoning" the channel. This has just been a low point in my productivity which I am working to alleviate. OK SO NOW FOR YOU TECH NERDS WHO KEEP ASKING ME ABOUT SYNTHESIZERS: I've been recreating GF within Reaktor 5 to help my produce my ambient music more effectively. I can do now with fewer oscillators what i couldn't do before and because of the changes to my effects chain, variety is much more easily attained and much more widely expandable. Quality doesn't suffer at the slightest by porting to Reaktor, so there's no need to worry about that. I won't be releasing it to the public, as it's my own software which I use to make my own unique sound, but I will gladly expand on concepts for those of you who are still interested in learning the basics of DSP and software oriented music production. -Feel free to message me on Youtube if you're interested and I'll be happy to share contact details- I may be sharing tech demos on my Youtube as well. It will at least fill the void between major releases, but if you're uninterested as a population, I'll probably refrain from doing so.
