Many people were asking for a lipsyncing tutorial, so here you go.  Know that it is difficult to "teach" someone to do lipsyncing.  The best I can do is show how I go about it, some tricks, and to just spend some time doing it yourself.  Hopefully, watching someone do a bit of lipsync work will help when it comes time to do it yourself.
