Celestia, her past has been one that not many ponies would have expected. She was the caption of the royal guard all those years ago. Long before Twilight and the other elements came along. Back 250 years ago there was a big war between the Changlings and the Ponies. Celestia had to take charge since nopony else had good enough leadership skills to command armies. Celestia had to kill a lot, and it has proven to scar her. To this day she still has dreams of herself when she was at battle. Her armies were aligned and ready to fight. Every time a battle broke out hundreds were killed on both sides, and eventually lead to almost making the Changlings extinct. For so many years nopony had heard word from the Changlings until that one day. The royal wedding for Shining Armor and Cadance. Celestia didn't show her true colors to the others in fear that they would all become afraid of her until Queen Chrysalis directly showed herself. However she was over powered and Canterlot fell into chaos. In the back of Celestia's mind she thought that if she didn't act then her empire would fall and the war lost. Just as she was about to attack Chrysalis full on Cadance and Shining blew them out back into the badlands. That night she had taken a look at her old weapon and armor and had thoughts back to those days. She had come to figure out that freedom isn't free, and sometimes you have to fight for what you believe in.

This song was a fun one to make. I came across this photo and I knew I just had to make a song for it. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did making it!
