We’ve all seen the recent news of racism in America. I’ve been having such a whirlwind of emotions. Although I am white, I stand with Black people. The Black Lives Matter movement is also interfering with Pride Month. I wanted to make a video that both brings light to the racial issues, but also celebrates Pride Month, considering I am queer myself. Plus, I wanted to do something my usual viewers would easily digest with the issues going on right now.

If y’all haven’t watched Zombies, uh, please go watch it! It’s on Disney+ if you have it! It has such a beautiful allegory for racism, along with having LGBTQ+ undertones (listen to the lyrics/words carefully presented in this video, that’s also why I put Addison’s monologue/speech before the song). Please note I have not seen the second movie (although I’ve heard Bucky is still a stinky “xenophobe”).
