Sorry, the title ought to read: "Dr. X Theme 2.0"

After creating the first theme for Dr. X, Matthew Garner, creator of Dr. X and his cartoon series, he requested I make another theme for his character that he felt was better suiting as I did what I felt would go with him the first time.  Here is the end result.
