because so many people have asked how to loop, here it is: (got tired of sending notes out)
its supposed to be a 0.1 pause annotation, the tricky part is placing it tho
the start time has to be right after the last deci-second of the video
IE:
a 35 second video is not 35 seconds long, it may be 35.8
thus the pause annotation starts at 35.8 or 35.9 (it differs sometimes)

just experiment with the decimal placement for the start of the annotation
