Ah, context. Taking you out of scenes just makes my job so much easier... Apparently Windows Live Movie Maker "upgraded" or something sometime before I got my new computer, and the version I have now simply does not like the way I normally use it. You might have noticed in the last couple of videos there are a few half-second flashes of a different scene when I make a cut every now and then. Well, apparently when I split a video file in the new Movie Maker, it continues the edit an extra second BEYOND my cut. I don't know why it's doing that, but these "extensions" can't be seen when I'm doing the actual editing, so I don't know about them until the video is done. But do you want to know what the kicker is? In order to get rid of them, I go back in and shave the ends off the offending scenes until the cut is clean again. But then the video is off-sync, so I have to slow down the clip to get it matched up again. And when I slow down the clip, MOVIE MAKER ADDS THE STUPID HALF-SECOND THING BACK ON AGAIN FOR SOME STUPID REASON!!!!! Editing these things is taking almost twice as long as usual thanks to this mess... I'm trying to figure out a new way to edit so that doesn't happen, but until then they're going to be a little rough. Sorry. I do not own My Little Pony or Disney, but I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts. There they are, all standing in a row. Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head! Give them a twist, a flick of the wrist, That's what the showman said! I do not own My Little Pony or Disney, but I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts. Every ball you throw will make me rich! There stands my wife, the idol of me life, Singing roll a bowl a ball, a penny a pitch!
