Jeeze, so many people just keep on asking the same questions. I'm going to clear it up here now.
The program i am using it Paint Tool SAI. It says so in the top left corner. I also mention it in various comments.
I am using a Wacom intuos 4 large tablet. And to people who come to me asking what kind of tablet they should get: I DON'T KNOW. i don't know what your funds are like or how often you plan on using it. I'm not really a consultant, so you should go to some electronics store like best buy or somewhere and go get consultation from them :3

omg, I'm not gonna tell you where to download paint tool SAI. I did not download the free version, I downloaded it through trial then paid 60 USD to have the full. I may illegally download a bunch of stuff, but I take my art stuff seriously, and the producers of SAI deserve every bit of that 60 USD, which also happens to be way less than what i think it should be worth. So, no, I don't have a download link for you, sorry :x
Also realise that this drawing is REALLY old. Look at the date on it. Theree's no usefulness in giving criticism on this video anymore. It is nearly three years old. If you want to criticise, please go to my newer speedpainting videos, which I think are much better, anyhow :3
