--Overall Comments--

In the penultimate episode before the two-part season 7 finale, Starlight finally has a visit from Sunburst, and plans to show him around Ponyville.  However, her plan goes awry when it seems he has more in common with her friends than her.

Leading up to what is sure to be a music-packed two-parter, "Uncommon Bond" has quite its share of score as well, leading to 13 tracks in total.  With many returning characters comes many returning themes, including motifs for Sunburst, Trixie, and Starlight.  We hear a few other cues from this season, including its new ending theme, as well.

The episode also contains three montage sequences, which have their own new fun piece of score to go with them.  Probably the most montages in a single episode!

--Track Specific Comments--

Sunburst takes Starlight to an antique shop, where she isn't having the best time.  Especially after they meet up with Twilight who begins to quickly bond with Sunburst over their shared love of antiques.

The score follows Sunburst's excited demeanor as he explores the shop.  When Twilight meets up with the group in the second half of the track, Sunburst's leitmotif returns.
