--Overall Comments--

Discord realizes that he’s never invited Fluttershy over for tea at his place.  However, preparing for her visit leaves him with worry that Fluttershy will realize just how different the two are.

Friendship is Magic is back with a one-two episode punch this week!  While not sporting quite as much music or emotion as “The Perfect Pear,” “Discordant Harmony” still stands on its own with plenty of wacky Discord tracks, including singing tea bags, and a surprisingly emotional score to cap it off.  You’ll hear plenty of returning in new themes in the twelfth episode of season seven.

Fluttershy tries to keep Discord from disappearing by attempting to be chaotic.  The piano melody from the previous track makes reappearances here.  We’re greeted by some more upbeat, Fluttershy-style score as she continues to be chaotic for Discord.
