Crying Timberwolf" BGM from the episode "Spike at Your Service" of "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" (S03E09).

Rainbow Dash's Timberwolf impression was so spot-on, it attracted the real Timberwolves back to the Mane 6.  Whoops!  A little reprise of "It's a Horse Without a Head" from "Sleepless in Ponyville" in the middle, before bringing back the heroic theme when Spike defeats the giant Timberwolf.  (Watch in 1080p!)
