--Overall Comments--

I’ve gotta say, I really think this episode gave Slice of Life a run for it’s money, and I never, ever thought I’d be saying that.  Coming off last week’s emotional episode “Amending Fences”, here we have a little more zany episode that manages to still pack quite the deep, character building punch.  While featuring the Mane 6 and much of Ponyville, the episode’s overall plot and character building focuses on Princess Luna.  We got a ton of callbacks to and variations of her theme throughout the episode, as well and some awesome new and repurposed action score.  The episode’s final fight scene also provides us with my longest rip from the series yet— clocking in at just under 8 minutes!  So without any further text, let’s get into the BGM!
