I don't normally pay tribute to drummers that often, but man Sean Reinert's passing hit me pretty hard back in January. Sean had such a gifted and unique style on approaching drums. I can remember being just blown away from jazzy and metal like playing style heard the Human record by Death and as well as Focus by Cynic.
He was also such a humble human being and was very open and easy to talk to and with be definitely missed by his family, friends, and the drumming community. R.I.P. Sean Reinert

So here is my interpretation of the song Wheels within Wheels from the Re-traced EP by cynic. This was a fun song to play to and is the reason why I chose it. I'm also reforming my playing style and including different left hand leads and stickings. Still need to work on more independence  but I think I'm getting better every day ^^
