I noticed on my last upload that some people said that they had been stressed, depressed or struggling in their daily lives.

It was my hope that, with your permission, I could take you on a journey. An expedition into self reflection.

Sometimes life moves too fast and sometimes it moves too slow. Sometimes we forget how important it is to take time out of our daily lives to just close our eyes and breath.

If you just need a moment of peace, I made this song for you. It starts slow and gradually builds, using instruments and melodies that are hopefully calming without being boring.

I wanted the climax to be motivating and refreshing, leaving the listener prepared to take on the day! Did I at all succeed I wonder?
