Played on historical for once, because sweet Celestia, I've never suffered so much AI bullshit (for what I was trying to do) on non-historical since, "A Sun Setting Rescue." Yes, I've simply pre-set or lend-leased certain AIs in the past, but the sheer amount of restarts to find the perfect formula this time ended up being fruitless since the one thing I couldn't find a way to stop was a non-historical Empire from declaring war on the hill ponies and dragging the River Federation into the war.
